Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet stated purity standards, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit. Photo documentation may be required.
Lost Shipments
We will resend orders confirmed lost in transit at no charge after the carrier completes its investigation.
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once shipped.
